With over two decades of professional experience in the engineering consulting industry, Mr. Davar has led and managed a wide array of projects, including geometric route design in complex and mountainous terrain, hydrological and hydraulic analysis, pavement studies, and the design of at-grade and grade-separated intersections. His profound command of technical regulations, directives, and publications from the Planning and Budget Organization (such as Publication 101 and specialized road guidelines), alongside his deep knowledge of general conditions of construction and consulting contracts, allows him to implement an engineering-oriented, standard-compliant, and precise approach to all projects under his management. His expertise is further complemented by his proficiency in specialized route design software.
